Getting started takes two steps

1. Place your order for the Free Trial at store.comise.net Go to the ClinicFlow Free Trial page and place your order. No promo code is needed — the trial is a listed item you can order directly.
2. Start using ClinicFlow immediately Your account is provisioned right away and your 2-month free trial period begins on the day your order is confirmed.

Free trial terms & conditions

By placing an order for the ClinicFlow Free Trial and activating the trial, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & activation The free trial is only available when the order is placed through the ClinicFlow Free Trial item at store.comise.net. Orders placed through other channels are not automatically eligible.
2. Trial duration The free trial runs for two (2) months from the date your order is confirmed, at no charge and with full access to ClinicFlow Complete features.
3. End-of-trial notifications Comise will notify you starting 15 days before your trial ends, with follow-up reminders 7 days and 3 days before expiration. Use this window to choose your plan or cancel if you don't wish to continue.
4. Launch discount still applies Customers who complete a trial may still use promo code CFCSLAUNCH for a 20% discount when converting to a paid subscription, subject to the promo's own terms and availability.
5. Automatic conversion to paid If no cancellation is received before the trial ends, Comise will invoice you for a paid ClinicFlow subscription one (1) day after the trial expires. Standard payment terms apply to that invoice.
6. Cancellation & data deletion If you cancel before the trial ends, service stops and all information entered during the trial is permanently deleted by Comise. Comise holds no responsibility for any loss of data resulting from cancellation. Export any records you wish to keep before your trial ends.
7. One trial per clinic The free trial is limited to one redemption per clinic/practice. Comise reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or revoke a trial suspected of abuse or duplicate signup.
8. SMS & usage during trial SMS messaging limits and rates applicable to your selected plan apply during the trial. Usage outside normal clinical scheduling activity may be reviewed.
9. Fair use The trial is intended for genuine evaluation by a single clinic. Comise reserves the right to suspend a trial account found to be in breach of these terms or Comise's standard terms of service.
10. Changes to the offer Comise may modify, extend, or withdraw the free trial offer at any time without prior notice. Trials already activated will honor the terms in effect at the time of activation.
